Delete Account

How to permanently delete your Mao VPN account and associated data.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Mao VPN and sign in.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose Account, then Delete Account.
  4. Read the warning and confirm deletion twice.

What is deleted

Deletion is permanent. Your account, linked devices, active sessions, tokens, subscription data, usage history and remaining free time are deleted. Limited de-identified security events may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

No access to the account

If you cannot sign in, write to us from the email address linked to the account. We will ask you to verify ownership and will never request your password.
